The project consists of a 71,400 sq. ft. Senior Care Facility in Manassas, VA, built for a national well known healthcare operator - English Meadows. The facility includes a mixed total of 88 assisted and memory care units with two interior and two exterior courtyards. The facility also includes administrative offices, TV lounges, dining halls, an industrial kitchen, kitchenettes in assisted living units, laundry rooms, hair salons, rehab areas and a sports bar. The structure is wood framed with a truss system and gypcrete sub flooring. KC Construction and Trade, LLC has initially provided design management, value engineering, preconstruction and contract administration services, followed by general contracting work.
