The project consists of a tenant fitout of 7,800 square feet office space for the Virginia Department of Social Services – Manassas District office relocation. Project scope includes complete demolition of the existing old office, followed by installation of new framing, drywall, and glass partitions, as well as new electrical work (including fire alarm, security, white noise, CCTV systems), plumbing (including new bathrooms), and mechanical units (new cooling for server electronics). Project also included a wellness room, coffee lounge, break room and new motorized systems furniture with adjustable desk height.
