The project consists of a ground up 2-story building with a 96,000 sq. ft. total area cannabis production facility in Virginia. The facility includes 8 flowering gardens, a dispensary and offices which the tenant fitout portion was built by a national general contractor. The structure is steel with slab on deck and an insulated galvalume skin with a single slope TPO roof.
