The project consists of a ground up 2,400 sq. ft. single story fast food restaurant project for a local chain. The facility includes seating for 48 customers with new utility connections. The kitchen equipment for this project has been direct procured by the franchisee. The structure is wood framed with EIFS skin and a redwood timber truss system.
