The project consists of a new 16'-0" x 40'-0" pool structure for the Artena Manassas Residences, a 133-unit apartment complex located in the City of Manassas. The pool is located on 3,200 sq.ft of site and also includes a new 10'-0" x 18'-0" pool equipment shed which hosts the MEP equipment for the operation and maintenance of the pool. The site and the pool itself is ADA accessible. The outer portion of the pool site includes a fence and landscape buffer.
